- 用100°C開水，洗茶兩遍，期間快沖快出
- 以同樣100°C水溫，手法低沖，定點注水
- 首1-3泡 8-10秒出湯，其後視乎個人口味濃淡，調整浸泡時間
味道：淺嚐茶湯甘醇並重，前調甘香厚實，配合中後段梅子香浮現，提升茶品風味。尾段餘韻帶微微蜜香，層次感分明有致，品飲體現佳。
茶韻特色：茶韻綿長細緻，茶品香型變化鮮明，餘韻沉實且悠揚，
茶湯口感：茶品茶質飽滿實在，口感豐厚具層次感。
2. 產地來源
茶品由雲南 昆明花園茶廠出品，於廣東倉存陳放，敬字號的特色在於其產品的原料細嫩、餅形緊實，體現了近代普洱茶復興早期的特色。此為庫存老茶用料做工壓得較松，轉變較好，乾倉存放，陳香醇和。
昆明花園茶廠由著名茶人楊行吉先生於1988年成立創辦，曾經是雲南省農業廳下屬的一家國有企業。其生產的普洱茶產品因品質過硬而一直受到市場的追捧，主要經營雲南普洱茶，同時經營紅茶、滇綠等，產品主要外銷。「金冠」是昆明花園茶廠的一個產品系列，因為茶品優質，「金冠」當時好評頗多。
花園茶廠的產品於90年代時在普洱茶圈擁有高知名度，2003年之後其產品已經絕版。
3. 製作工藝
普洱茶是以雲南大葉種茶樹鮮葉加工而成，需經過殺青、揉捻、曬乾等過程。茶葉採摘後以自然方式發酵，茶性較刺激，放多年後茶性會轉溫和。
