This handcrafted gingerbread house is a delightful and whimsical addition to any Christmas theme.

Our Sunlit Folk Gingerbread House has been decorated with elaborate designs, gilded roof edges and festive candy canes. A rustic Christmas wreath hangs on the front door, and cute flowerpots rest along the decorative stained-glass windows. Nostalgic pinecones and holly line the edges and add a special touch of magic.

A cosy indoor scene is hand-painted on the reverse side. This design encompasses joyful Christmas decorations, dried orange garland, vintage rocking horse, cuckoo clock, peace dove and beautiful gifts. The shelving is adorned with a delightful festive tea set and delicious Christmas pudding.

• Our wooden Gingerbread houses are hand-painted with pastel festive colours.


• 
  The organic shape allows children to play three dimensionally - setting the scene for some exciting pretend play.It forms a puzzle in simple formation - with a cute wooden door slotting perfectly into the larger cottage piece.
  


• Each of our Gingerbread houses are made from wood and stand approximately 15cm high, 18cm wide (at base), and 2cm deep. 


• Handcrafted locally by an Australian woodworker, and hand-painted by us.


• They come within a handmade cotton drawstring bag for safe keeping.

Materials used - FSC certified Pine, high quality acrylic paints and sealer. Each piece is unique with a lot of love, passion and time. Due to the nature of handmade products, please allow for variations in size, shape and colour.

These products are all made to order and will be ready to be posted within approximately 1-2 weeks. This turnaround time is our best estimate and does not include shipping timeframes.

Our collections are suitable for ages 3+ ~ although non-toxic, our products are not intended as chew toys.  Small parts may be a choking hazard for young children, so please take care around your little ones.
