A collaboration where Japanese confectionery from Itoken, the age-old confectionery maker in Kyoto founded in 1864, meets the pop textile design of SOU・SOU, giving rise a new range of wagashi that brings back the good old times.
A layer of soft and chewy Warabi mochi covered with a clear layer of Kingyokukan*, where SO-SU-U shaped agar jellies float across.
*Kingyokukan is a kind of Wagashi that is made of agar jelly, water and sugar. It is a cool confectionery that you can enjoy the refreshing taste and the fragrant flavor of roasted green tea (hojicha).
