Stunning 1930s warm brown beaver fur coat with a gorgeous natural striping. Beautifully styled with wide bell sleeves and slim body. Closes at the front with a fantastic carved bakelite button at the drop waist. The use of the vertical and horizontal striping to create a contrasting pattern is so unusual. Wonderful old silk label from a furrier in Maine! Fully lined in rich, brown silk.
Excellent condition. Minor wear to edges of cuffs and a few pinholes to the hem of the lining. Presents beautifully.
