Grown in the mountains of La Concordia in Chiapas, Finca Nuevo México is a family-owned farm dedicated to producing high-quality organic coffee.

The farm sits at approximately 1,300 meters above sea level and spans 75 hectares of coffee production alongside 320 hectares of protected natural reserve, creating a biodiverse environment ideal for cultivating coffee.

Owned by Ricardo Ibarra Baumann, the farm has been in his family since 1978. Ricardo inherited the property from his mother and now continues the family legacy as the first generation focused on coffee cultivation.

To ensure exceptional quality, the farm conducts three stages of selective picking, harvesting only fully ripe cherries at peak maturity.

Roasted to a smooth medium (Full City) profile, this coffee delivers a comforting cup with honey sweetness, creamy milk chocolate body, and a warm walnut finish.
