Apply generously every morning. Use about half a teaspoon for face, neck, and ears to get the full SPF protection.

Reapply every 2 hours. If you’re outdoors, sweating, or after swimming. We recommended always reapplying after these activities, especially after towel drying. 

Don’t skip cloudy days. Up to 80% of UV rays can pass through clouds and windows — daily SPF is a year-round habit.
