A beautiful pair of antique early 20th century European, perhaps Italian, chairs with modern upholstery in a rich terracotta linen and brass tacks. The carved wood bears the original finish and has a rich, worn patina from age and use. The chair frames themselves are strong and sturdy, ready for many years of use. Please note that the upholstery on one of the chairs is slightly sunfaded, see the side by side photos of the two chairs. It\'s a slight imperfection and only noticeable when the chairs sit side by side. When spaced apart in a room it is less evident.Each chair measures 35.5\"H x 23\"W x 18.75\"D. The arm height is 26\". The seat height is 19\". The seat area on the chair measures 19\"W x 17\"D.Condition commensurate with age and use. Wear on the the wood and random small scratches and inactive wormhole damage. The upholstery on one of the chairs is slightly sunfaded. Chair frames are strong.
