Cute, solid wood, dining chair salvaged from Northeastern Pennsylvania. The chair is made of a solid hardwood (maple, oak, birch) and has a Rattan/sea grass seat. It\'s stained and finished (unpainted). The chair originally had a sticker titled \"made in Italy\".
It has a nice 2 cross-rail backrest with a small circular cut-out in the center.
Our carpenter inspected the chair from top to bottom, and didn\'t need to glue or reinforce anything.
The chair is in excellent condition. Expect the typical nicks, scratches, and spots of worn finish That you would expect to find on an old, used chair. There are no breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. The rattan is intact, tight, and in excellent condition. The chair is ready for another lifetime of service.
