The Advance Tabco WB-3G-LP liquid propane steam table features 3 sealed wells and \"The Proven\" original adjustable undershelf with die cast leg clamp. This unit is almost completely composed of stainless steel (body, top, legs, and undershelf). It features a white thermoplastic 3/8\" thick cutting board top. These units are used to maintain the temperature of pre-cooked foods. These units are designed for dry operation.

The top of the WB-3G-LP is 20 gauge #302 stainless steel with die stamped pan openings. The body of this unit is composed of 22 gauge, 430 stainless while the undershelf is 20/430 stainless steel. The cutting board top is 3/8\" thick poly. This gas steam table features 15,000 BTU and the whole unit is controlled by a single control knob.
