The Lakeside 5527 enclosed transport and delivery cart accommodates twenty 18” x 26” sheet pans. It has extruded aluminum ledges and 1-1/2” spacing between each one. It has a solid front door with a positive gravity catch. The 5527 is made of aluminum with welded-on swivel plate casters. The casters are 5” tall and engineered from non-marking polyurethane. This prevents streaks and stains from marking floors.

The transport and delivery cabinet has been NSF certified, providing you with greater peace of mind.
