PID control.ECM brew group with a unique stainless steel bell.A massive stainless steel boiler (2.2 l)The removable cup warming tray allows for easy access to the water tank.2 ergonomic ECM portafilters with a weighted form and an angled gripIndividual brew pressure adjustments are simple because to easy access to the expansion valve.A must-have:The E61 Flow Control Device allows you to manually profile your extractions by adjusting the flow of water in your brew group. This bespoke component is a stainless steel needle valve that lets the user to choose how much water flows through the group. The variable flow control allows for a longer pre-infusion time, resulting in more even saturation and extraction of your espresso.
The flow control device, like Profitec\'s current machine, is composed of stainless steel to withstand corrosion. The resulting pressure variations are represented by an integrated gauge that mounts on the front of the group. The E61 Flow Control Device is compatible with any Profitec Espresso machine that has an E61 brew group.
