This maxi dress with side pockets, long puff sleeves, and a waist tie is made from cotton plumetis with a floral print. Plumetis is a fabric with small raised dots reminiscent of cotton balls or snowflakes. The long, flared dress accentuates the waist with gathers, has three-quarter sleeves, and ruffles at the shoulders and cuffs. It is lined and features side seam pockets and a V-neck. The buttons are made of mother-of-pearl.
