Opulent pair of neoclassical style cast stone demilune console tables featuring caryatid angel form legs. Late 20th century pieces designed by Maitland-Smith. Very heavy constructed from faux marble cast stone composite material with an intentionally aged, distressed patina to mimic age. The gracefully curved demi-lune tops are supported by figures having angel wings and holding a shell form. The figures have large paw feet standing on square plinths. The legs are conjoined by faux-bronze stretchers. Dramatic profile that could serve in an entry or garden. Sold as a pair. The consoles were from a JP Molyneux Design installation.
