Knit from Dehen\'s tried and true U.S. spun worsted wool, the Wool Knit Watch Cap is an understated classic. These caps are knit using an alternative stitch to Dehen\'s sweaters giving them a softer, more forgiving hand. These hats feature a 6 gauge knit with a 6 seam top construction.
The term \"watch cap\" was coined by sailors, who often wore these caps to keep warm while on their watch. The late William Dehen served in the U.S. Navy, so these watch caps are a subtle homage to the founder of Dehen 1920.
