The Califhornya Double Sleeve is born inside Califhornya — a place that doesn’t really exist, but a mental state where desire, ambition, and shadow coexist. The cotton body and transparent sleeves create a tension between exposure and protection. The “CALIFHORNYA — State of Desire” on the front and the phrase “We came for the stars but we stayed for the shadows” on the back tell what that place promises and what it takes in return. The crack ink prints are designed to deteriorate over time, wash after wash. This evolution is part of the garment and mirrors how that mental state slowly wears you down. Produced in only 110 pieces, it will never be made again. The boxy, cropped fit, raw-cut double hem, and hand-distressed neckline make each piece slightly different. Designed and made in Italy, in 245 GSM cotton with transparent polyester sleeves.
